Not only is they rude from the store till the cooperate but they sale defected parts which hold the customer responsible for double labor will never recommend nor ever shop there again
Terrible customer service! They have screwed up my order 4 times and do not seem to know what they are doing nor do they care. Then when I got mad the last time the associate on the phone told me to 'take it down a notch.' If they would do their job then maybe I could! Worst experience ever. If I EVER get my part I will not use them or any of the other Advance Auto stores in the future.
Mr. McNair went above and beyond to help me. He used his own vehicle to jump me off. I bought my battery at a competitor's store, so he encouraged me to check with them before spending money at Advance. It turned out that my battery was under the competitor's warranty and would be replaced for free. He cared about the customer. My car went dead again after he jumped me off, so he and another employee pushed my car back into the parking lot.
