I live next-door to the place so it’s convenient, but I’ve been in there three times and I never get help. I stand there forever either waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when I finally do get noticed, I get told to wait and then they take someone who came in after me.
My wife bought a car battery 2 years ago for her 2016 Honda CR-V. Today the battery lost all power in the garage. We took the battery out of the car(with the receipt)and went to Advance Auto Parts(Largo Mall). A young man named Dallas talked to my wife and told her to leave the battery with him for 4 hours for testing. Came in to get a replacement battery today the representative was courteous and professional. He even installed it as a storm was approaching. highly recommend!
