These guys just changed my bad mood to good. I had to go in there this morning because the store in Mount Pleasant refused to take my return. It was a Reman-starter I purchased a week ago but I had misplaced the receipt. But when I walked into the Columbia store, they were ready to help immediately. They knew what proper customer care was.
