Needed a battery for a Nissan NV200 and the person who sold me the battery told me she couldn’t LEGALLY CHANGE OUT THE BATTERY . I had to change it myself. I ask what if I were a woman who couldn’t do it and they had nothing to say. I called another store and they said that they were wrong about not being able to change it out. I won’t go back there again!!!!!
The other night we ran into an emergency situation where we weren't sure if we were going to be able to make it home. But Jeremy came to our rescue, and I am beyond thankful for what he did for us. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, and was easily able to recognize the issue with my vehicle, get me the right part, as well as a crash course on the installation process. It would have taken me a lot longer to get home that night if Jeremy wasn't there. I wish we would have thanked him a million times more.
My car had some issues while 11 hours away from home and I was recommended to go here by a friendly stranger. The staff was very friendly and honest about my best options for replacing an ailing battery, and I was able to get my car back in working order and home again safely thanks to their help.
