Saw Robert today at the Advance Auto Parts in Elkton, VA. He was outstanding! He was so personable and efficient in checking my battery. He cleaned, serviced, tightened the terminal post connectors and tested the battery and alternator. He made us safe to travel! He was so dedicated to ensure that all was charging properly that he gave me piece of mind. I have not found this attitude or customer service in a long time! This store is lucky to have Robert. Needed a battery for a Nissan NV200 and the person who sold me the battery told me she couldn’t LEGALLY CHANGE OUT THE BATTERY . I had to change it myself. I ask what if I were a woman who couldn’t do it and they had nothing to say. I called another store and they said that they were wrong about not being able to change it out. I won’t go back there again!!!!!
