Worst store in their entire network. While their on business, I politely asked the counter clerk if I could use a piece of their scotch tape from her tape dispenser - on the counter - to secure my broken eye glasses. She handed me the tape dispenser. Her manager came along and accused me of stealing the tape and denied that the woman clerk gave it to me !
