They used to install replacement light bulbs for headlights. They told they don't anymore. Returned the purchase I'd made 30 seconds before and went to AutoZone. They were happy to install the headlight replacements for me.
The Advance Auto Parts store in Kent provides excellent customer service. Stopped by on a Saturday with an issue related to my car door that I needed a quick, temporary fix as it wasn't closing completely. I went in asking for help and to see if a staff person would come outside to take a look. The Store Manager (I believe his name is Antonio) immediately came to help, took a look at the door lock mechanism, and working together we were able to promptly solve the issue.
