Thought I needed a new battery. The old battery wasn't even checked. Then the girl added new posts and didn't even ask if I wanted to change them and informed me after the fact that I needed to pay for them. On top of that, she couldn't even get them on the new battery and had to call a mechanic from another store to come change them. Very disappointed and will not use this store again
