I recently stopped by to get a battery for my vehicle and was told to take my 2011 lexus GX460 to a garage for installation. The battery is under the hood and super easy to get to. It was 750 pm and they had no customers. Brayden was the associate who refused service. I asked him to look at it and told him it would be a very easy battery to replace and he declined. I then drove straight to Advanced auto in Claypool Hill Virginia where they replaced the battery for me in less than 5 minutes and were very courteous and profess... read more
