Aarron was very rude and broke my obd2 port!! Went to clear a code because I just fixed my car and he said “OH NO WE AINT DOING THAT” and ripped the reader out of my obd2 port. Would recommend not wasting your time and getting your vehicle damaged and just go to auto zone instead.
I know it’s not their fault but a corporate policy, there’s no reason why core charge refunds need to go back on the same card used at purchase. There should be an option to get cash or have refunded to another account because people move and bank accounts change.
I tried to return two 5qt containers of Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil (did not meet Jeep service maintenance requirements) that I purchased yesterday at the Lexington VA Advance Auto Store, but was told today they could not complete the return because they did not have $70 cash in their drawers. Really, $70 in this day and age???? I paid in cash, and they sure took it then. In this day and age of identity theft and digital crime, Cash Is King!
