I left this review on a different advanced autoparts store. So I am correcting it so Mike can get a thumbs up from his boss. Well big shout out to mike for recovering my phone and being an honest person. Very much appreciated!! Went in for antifreeze and came back out and almost home until I realized I didn't have my phone. I called the store up right away and he said it was here waiting for me!
Went to the location twice and twice was giving the wrong part.The man who sold the part to me was saying how he knows his stuff wow was he wrong. How can you get the wrong part twice. I went to Napa and on the first visit got the right part. Amazing! Then when I took the part back I had to get a gift card because it was installed. What the hell your workers gave it to me saying it was right and I trusted that. From now on Napa it is. At least they know what they are doing.
After a bit of computer trouble returning a product John from the windgap store was able to help me instal a product and did so a few minutes after his shift ended. A huge shout out to a great employee who went way above and beyond making sure my vehicle was safe to drive and he did so while being incredibly friendly! Thanks again!
