Julianna deserves a raise- she handled my sassy confusion with such grace and poise and helped me understand how to rectify my issue with my online order. will be coming back specially because of her customer service skills.
Went in this Friday morning to pick up some items off the shelves. Stood near the registers with items in hand because there is no way to know which one they want you to check out at. 2 separate employees behind the counter looked directly at me, said nothing, and walked away. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
Advance Auto Parts in Wind Gap, PA is a great store. Usually have the items I need, the store manager is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get me what I need. Very 'can do' attitude, which I appreciate!
