I cannot say enough good things about my experience this morning. I left with a new battery and windshield wipers installed. My car felt brand new after I left, and I felt valued as a customer and a person. I cannot think of the last retail experience I have had where every employee was glad to help and willing to explain the situation. Every time I go here I get the best service The men and women here are great especially Lucas
Extremely rude people. First they gave me wrong battery for my car which wasted 3 hours of my time and charged me extra which was they didn’t care to check or refund. They made me go to other store for the refund. They just gonna waste your time and be rude to you even though they’re completely wrong.
This is not a corporate store this is an independent store which means if you buy something from advance and you're out of state they don't carry anything like your proof of purchases from your old orders so basically they won't stand by what Advance says which is we give parts for bad parts so far everything I bought from them has been bad parts I've had to take it back I'm a definitely an O'Reilly's guy or an AutoZone guy now
