Extremely rude people. First they gave me wrong battery for my car which wasted 3 hours of my time and charged me extra which was they didn’t care to check or refund. They made me go to other store for the refund. They just gonna waste your time and be rude to you even though they’re completely wrong.
This is not a corporate store this is an independent store which means if you buy something from advance and you're out of state they don't carry anything like your proof of purchases from your old orders so basically they won't stand by what Advance says which is we give parts for bad parts so far everything I bought from them has been bad parts I've had to take it back I'm a definitely an O'Reilly's guy or an AutoZone guy now
I use advance auto parts every time I need something for my car. A very friendly staff, and most of the time, they have what I need. If they don't, they'll order and I can pick it up the next day
