Poor customer service and poor delivery. I came to this store asking for a battery for my car. I previously spoke with the other location yesterday, on leavenworth rd that tested my battery, and they informed me that I needed a new battery. They quoted me a price of $105.00. I was under the impression that all of these stores have the same product. So today while I was out near the 76th street location, I decided to get a new battery. While I live 30 minutes away from this location, I found myself with a dying battery over by here yesterday. I called ahead to see if they could help and they were very polite on the phone. Once I arrived Garcia was eager to help check my car out and recommend the best solution. We had a great conversation while he helped complete the replacement of the battery. He is an awesome person and made this location stand out to me for future needs. I could go to any auto parts store but he made the experience enjoyable.
