Bad customer service. It's no wonder why they are closing 700 stores.
I am almost certain the worker messed up my obd port. He spent a good 2 minutes just shoving the scanner plug into the obd port, really struggling. After I whisperd to my friend that I would look at the plug before shoving something into it, he then he finally looked at the plug and was able to plug in his scanner. After that he wasn't able to clear codes and didn't even offer a print out of the codes welp... Took it to my buddies to get scanned. None of his scanners connect.
