I have a loyal customer for a few years now and today I can tell you why. I needed a pully but it was oversized for the bolt Jesse (manager) from edinburg took it as a challenge and wasn't ready to disappoint me, he took the part and installed a bushing that made it fit. Not only do i appreciate what he did I will always go back there.
Very friendly service, helped me when I had a flat and were willing to help attach my spare tire as well as fix a flat can which did help solve why tire was flat as it was leaking out from the inside and leaked everywhere on the floor. Without that and they help to put on my spare tire I wouldn't be driving right now, thank you Mark the coolest manager from Advanced Auto Parts. This guy is the coolest n chillest dude I ever met.
I wish to have given more but when a employee body language shows he dont want to do his job. From the get go I knew it he didnt want to do it. So my question is if Advance at E University is able to program the new battery to the veh why cant nor this one. I heard this store dont want to do nothing. Better attitude with your body language.
