Long story short lol. On 8/13 I went to this location requesting that my car battery and alternator be check due to issues I was having. A older Caucasian gentleman with glasses and a belly (no disrespect) helped service me. I’m telling him the issues I’ve been having and he refused to check the alternator even after I requested twice. His response was that he did not need to based on what I was telling him. They were helpfully but look like there inventory was very low
Very unprofessional with people who dont know what they are doing or talking about especially when you request specific parts and they Still give you the wrong parts to lack of attention
This store is amazing. They went above and beyond their duties I had just moved to the area needed a certain part and the staff ordered it in for me. Plus all the extras they do i recommend this store to everyone I talk to that has issues!
