Good prices.
Went in to buy a battery charger that said in stock online. Item was not there, and the store was out of all of the other chargers that are priced in the middle. No one spoke when we went to leave. A young lady asked if we found everything we needed i answered no yall were out of atock and she said ok have a great day."
I stopped by the other day to pick up some parts and was overwhelmed by the kindness and knowledge of Eli! It hasn't always been friendly at Advance, but it's wonderful to see that they are bringing in such great sales reps to turn that around!
Not the best of experiences, but then again, not every single visit will be. At the New Franklin Road location, a specific manager seems to disregard website policies and procedures. If you have a part that needs to be returned to ANY location, and is backed up via website policies for the company itself, a manager providing me the option of returning it to the original store, nearly an hour away, shouldn't have been put on the table.
