Came in looking for a fuse. First off lady seemed to not care and I told her I would go see what model I had and then she came back to the register annoyed when I walked in a few minutes later with all the information. I explained I needed this blue fuse and showed her a video where the guy names it verbatim and they did everything in their power to not… work? I told him he could come out and look and he said he’d have to pull it out etc… I told him what it was for and they just didn’t want to help at all. Kinda disappointed... read more

Went in to return cores and rent a loaner tool, upon arrival the store clerk was outside talking to her boyfriend, I waited at the counter 10 minutes before she came in and asked me to move my van for the delivery truck, I asked to proceed with my purchase so I could leave and was treated like it was a issue, then the driver of the delivery truck was so impatient he tried to block the only exit from the store so I drove over the sidewalk and took my business to autozone where I was treated much better.
