Rico service is top notch. Part ordered online, was not in the store when I arrived for pick up. He searched the entire store and made a phone call to nearby Advance Auto that verified they had the part in-hand. I highly recommend this location. I have been a customer over 4 years, and will continue to be.
I just had my battery replaced under warranty at this location! Rico helped me the entire time and went out of his way in the summer heat to make sure everything was good to go with the battery along with the alternator. My husband typically does things like this but he was on military duty, so I was left to take care of it. Rico is the man. Helpful and bares deep knowledge of their systems to ensure you get taken care of. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in town.
I drove an hour away to come pick up a part that they reassured me they had in stock only to get there and they said "sorry" we don't have it... That's unacceptable to me, this place is a joke.
