I have never walked in here without seeing at least two faces behind the counter, unlike their competitor down the street. I get taken care of very quickly, and the guys are really friendly and knowledgeable.
Update: The General Manager reached out and so graciously refunded us the money for the battery. I changed my review to 5 stars, because they responded incredibly fast and have exceeded our expectations. Went to have my husband's truck battery replaced. The replacement took around an hour and a half as the employees could not find the correct socket to fit the positive terminal.
