Staff is amazing and high quality hires. Don't know what A A Ron was so mad about though. Guy needs to realize a lot of this stuff is 3rd party and is not in the stores control. I've always had a professional experience with staff and they are always dressed appropriate. Guy needs to take a breather before his type 3 diabetes gets him. This store is so unprofessional and uncaring it is deserving of a managerial and employee make over? IE reprimands and firings. #1 I made an on line order to be delivered to my home. They never had any one that picked it up. They never called me, emailed me, or texted me. They didn’t even deliver it to a store that was 30 miles closer to my home. A little over priced & they don't always have what you need but Advance Auto is one of the better Auto parts suppliers around.
They actually have the parts I needed.. They were very curious..
Even though I’m in Kansas City, RENEE went above and beyond 10 minutes before closing to get me taken care of allll the way from over there! Great service and friendly attitude. Very pleased.
