This place used to be the best place in town for parts. now Its a ghost of its self. The staff hates to help people. The company dose not care about the customer they only care about how much money they can steal from you. I will never go back oreillys and napa will get my money. Even if I am stuck in the desert and need water and there is an advance i will choose no water then step foot in there
I experienced a very rude employee when needing assistance with my truck when driving through Laramie. Very condescending and rude to me, very unhelpful and off putting. Will not go again.
Talk to a guy named Brett and a guy named Tyler and they were super helpful. I had a really unique problem with a truck and they came up with all sorts of ideas to help. If the boss reads this give these guys a raise.
Brought in my car battery for warranty replacement. The guy at the counter was very nice and after checking out my battery he gave me a new battery as a replacement. No hassle at all. Great place to buy your car battery.
