They are totally not worth a womens time. They want me to take out not 1 but 2 bulbs out of my sons suv all because i got s warrenty on them. And the whole thing is a big joke.. no one drives a car without bulbs in it to ecchange them. And to top it off i had been given the wrong set the first time so 2 trips later i might get it done. But for real who drives a car with no bulbs in it?? And why dont they help me take them out?? If i was told this information ahead of time. Very pleasant experience. Jermey went above and beyond to help me with the problems I have been having with my vehicle. He was polite and knowledgeable. And took the time to help me figure out why my vehicle was giving me problems and what I needed to fix it.
