I bought a starter motor for my car, and the part is defective. I went back to exchange it or get a refund, but they refused. They treated me disrespectfully, as if I were asking for a handout. And when I called the police to resolve the issue, they showed me their policy stating that there are no refunds, even though they didn't tell me this before the purchase. This is theft and fraud.
Terrible service. The girl who helped me ruined my car key fob. I only went in for a battery change, and she took everything apart, broke a piece, and then gave it back to me patched up with tape.
