What should have been a simple part exchange turned into a very unpleasant experience due to how unprofessional Jacob (Jake) was. I called after realizing the part I purchased was for the wrong side of the vehicle (a fairly common mistake when buying auto parts) and immediately felt accused and talked down to on the phone. I get most of my auto parts at Advance. They are competitive with their pricing and carry a great selection of products. If they don’t have what I need, I know they can get it quickly. They are extremely helpful and I am always greeted by all of the associates as I enter their stores. They will offer to help me carry anything I purchase out to my vehicle if it is necessary. Nice touch.
Owning an older vehicle presents its challenges and needs a bit more attention. Advance Auto Parts has been my go-to place for various and sundry items related to my car's needs. The staff are friendly, professional, informative and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I currently need two new front fenders, and their online store had the best price, even cheaper than the local salvage yard. 👍🏻👍🏻
