My hometown Advance Auto has given me the confidence to visit other Advance Auto locations whenever I am need of automotive parts or know how. A few weeks ago I was left with a terribly noisy exhaust issue and found the nearest Advance Auto in Roanoke Rapids, NC, and just like that, problem solved. The rest of the 3 hour drive home was effortless and stress free. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the most uncomfortable experience at this store, I will never go back. The man behind the counter corrected me when I said “sir”.. clearly you are a 6ft man working at an auto store? I addressed you correctly. You did not have to be so rude. The public is not expected to play pretend with you or coddle you. First guy I talked with was very nice and helpful, the second however was rude he had a blue ear ring and I didn’t catch his name. I understand I’m the customer but when I watched the first employee look up a part differently that was quicker then yes I will interject. Maybe it’s because it was hot outside but still I apologize for wasting your time so much that you had to sigh and groan about doing your job.
