My hometown Advance Auto has given me the confidence to visit other Advance Auto locations whenever I am need of automotive parts or know how. A few weeks ago I was left with a terribly noisy exhaust issue and found the nearest Advance Auto in Roanoke Rapids, NC, and just like that, problem solved. I give Carrie and James a 10/10! They both worked together well to problem solve my very difficult battery replacement.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the most uncomfortable experience at this store, I will never go back. The man behind the counter corrected me when I said “sir”.. clearly you are a 6ft man working at an auto store? I addressed you correctly. You did not have to be so rude. The public is not expected to play pretend with you or coddle you.
