I was driving past the Bithlo, FL location when I noticed a man on the ground looking very distraught. I pulled in and asked if he needed help. He was handicapped and said the employee was outside and looked at him and walked away as he asked for help! I can concur to this as I saw the employee outside look at him and walk back inside the store.
