5 star customer service from associate Derek. I’m not a car guy but had a general idea of my issue. Derek helped me dig deeper into the problem redirected me to the real issue and helped me fix my problem. He even helped with loaner tools. I know where I’ll go when I need help in the future. Great to see associates go the extra mile for customers!
