Customer is horrible, you can order a part and they act like they don't know anything. Need to do better when people spending their hard earned money
Highly recommend. I have a 99 TJ Jeep and was having issues with my battery. Ritchie at Advanced Auto provided me awesome customer service. I figured I needed a new battery, but he said lets go test it first to make sure you need a new one. The test came back that I needed a new battery. We looked at 3 different options, and he didn't push me into buying the most expensive one, which I really appreciated. He changed out and installed the new battery for me!
