When I go in or even call in for help Hailey is the best person to work with she's quick and knows what she is doing and will give you the best customer service experience in a parts store she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly you won't get a better parts person then her.
The lady that works there is rude, argumentative. Went to buy wiper blades, the same as what I purchased before. I asked her to look on my account for what I purchased and she stated “do you have a receipt) I said no. Can you look on my account with my phone number, with attached and resistance she ask for my #. So then she told me what wiper blades that I had purchased prior and I went to go get them because she had no interest in going and getting them for me or showing me which ones that they were. On Sunday, May 4th, 2025, After eating at PrimeTime Grille, Ottawa,Ks., Myself and My Husband went to start our 2007 Buick Lucerne, and the battery was “Silent “!!! We are Elderly so this was a Difficult Moment; 45 minutes from family and friends to help. Remember it is Sunday, so nothing is Open for Help!
