Met my wife at the Springville Alabama Advance Auto Parts store after she had to be jump started leaving her work. I wish I new all their names but everyone was so helpful! Manuel was about to get off work but he stayed to replace her battery. The Woman had fully checked our alternator and battery and correctly diagnosed the problem. We are happy customers and always buy our parts here. Thank you all!
Good place nice employees never had a problem with them over the years
Huge disappointment we need an Oriellys 🫠🙄🙄🙄 To add I found everything I needed at the new tractor supply! So didn't even have to drive to Odenville 🙏🏼
I visited Advance Auto Parts in Sville last week and was helped by an employee named Carly Lucas. She went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but she also came out to my truck and added 2 quarts of oil for me. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made my experience stress-free. Thank you, Carly, for the excellent customer service!
ROBERT is absolutely the man. He helped me plug my tire where I had a nail in it and showed me many tips on how to do the job easier and more efficiently. He was extremely helpful and a super cool guy. Will definitely be back just because of the service he gave me. Keep him around!
