ROBERT is absolutely the man. He helped me plug my tire where I had a nail in it and showed me many tips on how to do the job easier and more efficiently. He was extremely helpful and a super cool guy. Will definitely be back just because of the service he gave me. Keep him around!
I visited Advance Auto Parts in Sville last week and was helped by an employee named Carly Lucas. She went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but she also came out to my truck and added 2 quarts of oil for me. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made my experience stress-free. I wanted to get an alternator tested so I called them and they said they could. I spent the time to take it off and drive it up there for them to tell me they didn't have the connector for a basic newish honda civic.. make sure you are 100% with what you need done and with what vehicle because you might find out like I did that they can't do everything they say.
