Phenomenal experience. Im handicapped. Walked in, asked for hose cut to length while I shopped. Associate help me pick wiper replacements, and brought my purchases out to my truck. Very polite and helpful.
Won't bother going back. 40 minutes wasted. When I arrived, I was the first car parked in front, and needed help with the battery. Worker was across the lane with charging cables in his hand, helping a customer. I was told by the nice worker behind the register that as soon as the worker outside came back in, I was next. I had kept the car running, and told her I would wait for him outside. He told me when going back in that he'd be right with me. I woke up this morning and my battery in my car was dying. I was busy all day, so I couldn't get to the store until about 7:30pm. Went up to the counter, told them I needed my battery tested, the guy at the counter had another gentleman in the store help me. He went through all the things to test my battery. It was showing that it was a little bit low on cold cranking amps. Ordered a new battery. It was in the car probably 10 minutes later.
