One of the best Advanced Auto Parts in the area. Helpful and attentive staff. I can't remember the woman's name there, but she was so nice setting things aside when I called in to make sure it was ready when I came in to buy UV dye. If I remember her name I will update.
The commercial staff is very incompetent aside from being very rude and not knowing how to honor warranties. Especially the guy with the beard and the glasses in the back. He needs to be retrained completely or replaced. Their job is not to diagnose issues. Their job is to do their jobs.
Bad experience...I bought an air filter he gave me a wrong one. When he brought I asked him if its the good one cause it was very small,he answered yes I explained him whichone i want he said its that.he didn't give me a receipt and didn't associate my number too so cannot return. I felt very sad for.
I don’t know what I’d do without those guys!!!…. The other day my wiper blade fell off and I didn’t know what to do so I went to advance auto parts, and I was greeted with the warmth of Donnell Talique also came out in the pouring rain to change my wiper blades… shout out those guys!!! They are real heroes!!!
