I usually have issues with the manager here, these people told me I had a “limited” lifetime warranty when I know for sure the 400 dollar part i bought has a 2 year warranty, I was forced to go to the other store because the manager here couldn’t put in a transaction number himself. Any other AdvanceAutoParts is recommended not this one.
This place is amazing I called today to speak to someone about the battery I bought there and if they able to replace my battery with another battery and Autumn the girl that answered the call was so nice and professional she walked me through with all my questions and I really appreciate how kind and professional she was . Great job Autumn your customer service shows you care for your customers if I could give you a 10 I would .
My car was saying that my key fob was not recognized so I was afraid to shut my car off while heading to a soccer coin drop that my granddaughter was having. I ran into the advance auto parts with my four-year-old granddaughter while leaving my car running in the parking lot.😳 the man behind the counter was extremely helpful with telling me which batteries to buy, and he also put the battery into the fob for me! He was extremely helpful and friendly!
