Every time I come to this location, it’s like the employees hide from the customers. Nobody is behind the counter, nobody in the store, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes ringing the bell and nothing. Left and went to auto zone down the street…
I usually have issues with the manager here, these people told me I had a “limited” lifetime warranty when I know for sure the 400 dollar part i bought has a 2 year warranty, I was forced to go to the other store because the manager here couldn’t put in a transaction number himself. Any other AdvanceAutoParts is recommended not this one.
This place is amazing I called today to speak to someone about the battery I bought there and if they able to replace my battery with another battery and Autumn the girl that answered the call was so nice and professional she walked me through with all my questions and I really appreciate how kind and professional she was . Great job Autumn your customer service shows you care for your customers if I could give you a 10 I would .
