I just went in yesterday and bought a radiator for my car. When I got home and opened the box there were roaches in the box. Yes I know they can come from anywhere but I do not like buying something brand new and coming home and bugs being in my package and then when I call the dude don't say anything just sits on the phone and that's also after being hung up on 2 times before finally getting someone on the phone!
I didn't hate it. However they will not get another penny from my household. I was quoted 13 for a part that had to be ordered. In a hurry I swiped my card and left. It wasn't until almost home that I realized I was charged 20 for a 13 part. 6.00 FOR SHIPPING TO THE STORE... For that price it should have been shipped to my house.. Never again.
We love Advance Auto Parts...and the gentleman there, (wish I could remember his name), went out of his way to help me... May God bless him... Thank you for the good advice and service to our community... and helping our church Bethel Assembly of God.
