Pathetic place. Stopped in one time to have a starter bench tested. They are not capable of doing it. Stepped in the second time to get apart. They don’t carry it. They’re closed on the Fourth of July Saturday, understandable. Take the signs off the door! Next day at lunchtime, the signs are still on the door, and the shift manager is standing at a counter on his cell phone. The drink cooler is empty. This is a pathetic presentation of a business.
Like most parts stores, it depends on whose helping you. Dashawn at the Franklin store is great - Great leadership and a really good manager. Knew exactly what to look for and how to get it. Even called other stores around town to see if anyone else had what we needed or could get it quicker than he could. Definitely recommend using the Advance store in Franklin.
