Called in with a million questions and spoke with Bobby. Not only was he very helpful and professional, but he sounds very handsome over the phone. 10/10!
Horrible customer service. Store closes at 9. Walked in at 8:40 to be told "he was about to lock the door" that "I had 5 minutes to get what I needed". When a store is open till 9 I shouldnt be treated the way I was just treated. Will 100% take any and all business elsewhere.
2 different stores stated that they had the part I needed available for pick up, but both said thry DID NOT have it when I arrived. But tried to upsale me. Dont like it, and I feel like more and mire businesses are doing this. What happened to beinf straight up?
