Very nice store knowledgeable, friendly service . Store is well stocked and if I need a special part they can get it within 24 hours
I called this location to see if they had a part in stock. The associate who answered said they have what I needed in stock, so I sent my wife to pick it up. It was not there. The computer was wrong. OK, I can deal with that. Now the associate said it would be in first thing the next morning, so I send my wife again. Guess what, it wasn't there. It will now be there after 1:00 in the afternoon. They didn't offer my wife any sort of consolation, so I called. It takes a lot to get me upset, but the way this was handled set me ... read more
Purchased product to install myself. Could not do it; so went back to the store with purchase and receipt for help. The clerk installed my item and did not charge me anything! I tried to give him a tip but he said " no thank you we are not allowed to take tips . . . Just send your friends or pass along your recommend our store." Thank you for being a great store with service. I will spread the word to go to your store.
