We chose to buy a battery there because it can be installed. When my husband when to buy it, he was told that they do not install it. We asked the evening before if they were doing it. My husband bought it and he installed by himself. We went back to get money back for the old battery and I saw the sign outside that it can be installed. So I went inside the store to ask why it was not installed if the sign said they do. I was told that the battery needs professional installation because the computer needs to be reset.
