I had the pleasure of visiting this location today, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received! The Hispanic lady was absolutely wonderful - she was super helpful, patient, and took her time to ensure I found exactly what I needed. When I mentioned I was struggling to install the windshield wipers, she even took the initiative to go outside with me in the rain to help me get them fitted perfectly on my car. Small store. Great service! I needed to get my battery checked and the guy who helped me out was very helpful.
I purchased two parts for my car but they didn't have it at this location but they did at the store down the street.. or so that's what the manager Dalton(?) told me. I ended up having to go to 2 different locations to pick up each part when I was told it was just 1 location so it was inconvenient just driving from store to store to store when I was told something different. But that's it. I would've gave 5 stars if it wasnt for that.
Let me tell you why O'Reilly whoops this place. I just witnessed a lady asking for a code to be read. She was then told to write em down and Google them. Of course the thing I needed wasn't in stock so I go across the street to O'Reilly and see the same lady with a print out. I asked her if they printed it out and she said yes Advanced wouldn't. I told her I know I was there and witnessed how rude they were and how Lil concern was giving to the matter. I'll have to be desperate to visit here again and at 1 time it was my go ... read more
