Love having this store in the neighborhood. Needed a new battery and normally go to Walmart but remembered we now have an advanced auto parts. Amanda helped me in store and came out to my car and installed my battery in my complicated VW with ease. She was so kind and having a women help me made me feel empowered. Plan to give more of my business here!
I went to the advanced auto on ford avenue because I accidentally locked my keys in my car and all the employees helped me and saved my day!! I was so scared my phone was dead and my keys were locked in my car. I went in and bought a stick thing to get in there and they came out and helped me and we got my keys out so fast!! 10/10 thank god for them
I stopped in about two weeks ago to buy a wiper and was helped by Brandon (I believe) who was extremely nice and helpful. He even offered to install it for free, but it started storming and I didn’t want him to get soaked. I came back tonight and the store manager, Will J., installed it for me. He was so friendly and kind! Both visits were such great experiences. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future car needs.
Only one guy working there today but the store was immaculate and he was funny and extremely helpful. Deserves a raise.
Just got done having Teejay install a new battery in my car. He was excellent! Quick and courteous and managed to take care of me and a few other customers so efficiently. He made my day and I’m sure that of countless others. I will definitely be returning here for any future car needs.
