I stopped in about two weeks ago to buy a wiper and was helped by Brandon (I believe) who was extremely nice and helpful. He even offered to install it for free, but it started storming and I didn’t want him to get soaked. I came back tonight and the store manager, Will J., installed it for me. He was so friendly and kind! Both visits were such great experiences. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future car needs.
Only one guy working there today but the store was immaculate and he was funny and extremely helpful. Deserves a raise.
Just got done having Teejay install a new battery in my car. He was excellent! Quick and courteous and managed to take care of me and a few other customers so efficiently. He made my day and I’m sure that of countless others. I will definitely be returning here for any future car needs.

Came here to get a check engine code on our Toyota pulled on a Saturday. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable. The Carquest sensor we bought to fix the code issue from another Advance store was bad. I thought we would need to purchase another sensor. He asked when we bought it. When I replied a few months ago, he informed us the sensor was likely still under warranty. He offered to check .
