I usually shop at Oreilly’s. We recently moved and AAP was the closest auto store near my new location. I was greeted by Drika as soon as I walked in and she was a rockstar. She was extremely nice and professional. She got me everything I needed for my oil change and suggested an air filter for a great price. Its extremely rare to get great customer service now days Drika restored my faith in humanity. Great job Miss Drika…I will definitely be back to this location for my future auto parts needs.
The advance Auto parts at 9 Mile and Gratiot is the worst place you can go for any type of part the people are rude they lie right to your face and they tell you to get the hell out of their store I would not recommend going to the one at 9 mile the other ones in the area are very good people are very professional but 9 Mile needs to be shut down their manager don't care and neither do their employees
The guy said he was a manager got a attitude when I went up there he called the police but on the phone acting like he wanted smoke
