Called THREE TIMES for assistance and no one picked up the phone. Terrible service. Don’t go to this location because obviously the people are lazy and will waste your time especially in emergent situations

THE LADY IN THIS STORE WITH RED BRAIDS NEVER WORKING IF SHE AINT STEALING FOR HER FRIENDS THAT COMES IN SHE BARELY WANT TO SERVICE YOU. SHE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED IF THE STORE OENER CHECK THE CAMERAS YOULL SEE HER DOING ALL TYPE OF SNEAKY THINGS. I STOP GOING THERE WHEN SHE HAD ME AND MY BOY MEET HER AT QUICK TRIP SELLING US 2 BATTERIES HALF OFF
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!!! Go to AUTO ZONE down the street! REPEAT GO TO AUTO ZONE Hwy 85! Save the headache of purchasing defective products! Not to mention CHRIS with the short hair and black glasses has no customer service skills at all! And will refuse all returns even unopened packages. Worst auto zone ever. They need to shut down.
