The worst Advance Auto parts store ever i bought front and back breaks for my truck and they gave me used bad back breaks and when I tried to return them with the proper receipt they told me no there is nothing they can do because the manager that sold me my breaks no longer works there so I ask about the warranty and the lady told me they don't do that unless it is a factory problem and they change their system now I have bad back breaks that I paid for and didn't get what my money should have paid for very unhappy with thi... read more
I called to ask for a part and the lady who answered today 05.17.2025 was hilarious. She told me to come to the store and look for it and hang up the phone of course with a huge attitude. Dear employer with this kind of employee you will always lose some customers!!!!!
