This store is an absolute gem for the Massapequa area! Carl, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. John also goes out of his way to help me and everyone else I see in the store. They both demonstrate the gold standard of customer service and are truly an asset to Advance Auto. Had wrong parts from a different location the staff called customer service took care of my returns, The wrong wipers was given to me at a different location the staff here fixed it & installed the correct wipers for me. Awesome customer service compared to other location I went to.
Came in a few weeks ago for a dead battery on my truck. Competitive pricing. Very attentive and helpful staff. Installed it for me free of charge.
