A current employee named “Craig” has a naughty attitude, also when i first walked in he Hung up the phone on a old person that was asking for assistance, I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY ASSISTANCE THEY ARE PURE TRASH DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Went to get our battery tested, and Alexander made us never want to go to an AutoZone again. He was incredibly rude, kept talking over us, and when we had a question about the price of the battery (there was a discrepancy between the price online and the price in-store) he said “good luck finding something better”. Just save your time and go elsewhere.
Ryker provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the extra time to walk me through the store and show me exactly where to find the items I needed. 10/10
I had a horrible experience Ryker seem pissed off and had a rude demeanor he wasn’t answering my questions . Bad customer service didn’t look professional and smelled like weed and I felt like he was rushing me to get out Ryker needs more training or to be fired he made everyone in that store uncomfortable.
