I stopped by the store last evening at 730p (they close at 8). I needed a new battery. Derek and Brian went over the top to help. As the replacement began, it became obvious that my positive terminal had so much corrosion, that the clamp was welded to the post! After a lot of struggles, they removed the battery and replaced the clamp as well. A 15 min project became a 45 min expedition in frustration. I've gone to Advance Auto Parts on Simpson Street Mechanicsburg PA on a number of occasions over the past four years and always had friendly efficient service and if you need assistance changing wiper blades, fitting new batteries, fitting new light globes, etc. the staff is always willing to help. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I ran into a messy warranty situation, but the store manager, Josh, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Great customer service!!!!
