These guys seriously saved my butt today, July 4th, as the battery in my car died at Giant and couldn't be jumped. They were patient with me while I got the money together to buy the new battery and Brian drove me back to my car since it was incredibly hot outside and replaced it for me real quick. 5/5 trip, I'll definitely be stopping in again if I ever need anything in the future.
Josh was very helpful and professional and I will continue being a customer at this specific location because of him.

This is our favorite Store branch all the people are great but they seriously need to get there AIR CONDITIONING FIXED. the thermostat today read 80 degrees in the store. We mentioned it to associates and they have addressed proper departments but theyre still not fixing this issue. We have a 4 year old daughter it was so hot inside that we had to stop our shopping and leave. Will not be returning till they get the AC FIXED IN STORE. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS LET ALONE YOUR POOR STAFF. PLEASE GET IT PROPERLY FIXED.
Josh was super helpful in assisting with our AC recharge. He was very friendly and eager to help us resolve the issue. Great customer service!
