Showed up at 7:30 AM to find 4 costumers waiting in parking lot only to find no one there and door locked, watched more than a dozen people come and go because nobody opened the store finally left at 8:00 AM still not open! Great way to run a business!
My part was already broken when I came to pick it up, and they had trouble giving my refund. They weren't able to give me my refund so now I have to go back when the manager is at the store.
The employee that runs the commercial department that runs parts around to shops and other locations had to work the register because of people called off didn't want to come in or what have you and the place was busy there wasn't enough employees however we found what we needed easily and we're out pretty quickly
