My first experience getting my wheel lock key was nice. I was broken down on the side of the road and needed it to get the tire off. They checked to see if it would fit my car and assured me it would. Then I opened it and it wouldn’t even fit on the car so I brought it back just for them to say I can’t return it and there was nothing they could do. I had them check and this is the crap that happens. No thank you.
Let me start by saying I’ve lived in this neighborhood for the last 16 years and have been coming to this Advanced Auto store for that duration; never have I had an experience this bad! I visited store as of 2 weeks ago on Wednesday night, in need of spark plugs, due to having to take a trip out of town for a funeral. I initially got to the store around 7:45p and patiently waited in line a few minutes. Great service! I came in needing new windshield wipers, and Kathleen was so helpful! She showed me how to install them, and made wonderful recommendations along the way.
