Staff did an awesome job testing my old battery and installing a new one. Sorry I had them out in the heat, but I sincerely appreciate their help!
The fact that this store or any other store does not have ultra platinum Pennzoil is sad. But the worst things is that the gave me cheaper oil of pennzoil and tried to sell it off ultra platinum. That is stealing and I still haven’t received my money back, that supposedly I was going to get back. To who ever cares
Charge to me $2 more for transmission fluid when I showed him the photo from the calendar they said oh that's what you've been corrected last Sunday it's Friday today
Terrible service. The staff moves extremely slowly, regardless of how busy it is. It’s clear they don’t prioritize efficiency. Most of the employees seem untrained—they constantly rely on their managers or coworkers to handle even basic tasks. If you’re hoping to grab a part and leave quickly, think again—you’re in for a long wait. Management seriously needs to step up and support their team to improve customer service, because right now, it’s just unacceptable. Unprofessional.
