Overall, it was your typical trip to the auto parts store. I found what I needed without any hassle. The older gentleman at the register—possibly the manager—was pleasant and professional. There was one employee who could definitely use some improvement, but honestly, I wasn’t too surprised by that. If you’re in the area and need parts, it’s worth a stop. The selection isn’t massive, so it really depends on what you’re after. This spot and the nearby O’Reilly’s are both decent options depending on your preference.
Excellent service
I have visited this location for about 17 years and have seen how customer service has deteriorated constantly. Last time, one of the employees at the Sunday morning shift wanted me to park the car right by the door of the store. He just did not want to walk the extra 7 steps to the park8nf space. Fortunately, my car did not start, and he had to walk. I asked him why he wanted me to park in a prohibited fire line, and he just didn't day anything.
