Amazing customer service help. Very helpful staff I love the care and patience the night manager staff is well trained with dealing with different situations…
I usually go to this location for all my car needs. There is usually a really nice and attentive young girl at the register that always helps. Today I went in to pick up a part I had ordered with her and I was met with the rudest staff I had seen since the McDonald’s drive through window. She was on her phone for 3 minutes before looking up and asking “y’all need help or something?” Last time I’ll go in there. I’m taking my business to O’Reillys or AutoZone. They got a better jingle anyways. O’ O’ O’ O’Reilly’s my new store.
