The employees in this location do not know what they’re doing and they could use some training in customer service. I prefer Oreilly across the street. Theyre friendly, kind, helpful, not overbearing, and atleast they know their stuff.
The battery went out on our 2014 Honda CRV. I called on Sunday October 27th to get a price on a battery. I was told over the phone that they start out at $139 and range upwards into the high 200s. I said okay and that we would be there sometime this week to pick up that $139 battery. My wife goes in without me while I'm at work and is told that the only battery she can get is the $219 battery. Very helpful staff after purchasing a used suburban and the previous owners had a front post battery that they had forced into the needed side post position... The employee was very helpful and we had a good laugh.
