The staff here was very friendly and approachable. I never felt like I was being hurried by them while I was trying to explain the issue with my truck. There was an odd part related delima where the computer at the store and the online forum's literature was contradicting at times. They allowed me to attempt the fix with the cheaper part first which most sources pointed to being the correct one.
