Removed my previous negative review which to this day I will say stressified but I did want to give an update going from a one star up to a four or even behind. That is very simple. Had a very good experience after calling another advance locations. Trying to get a year and a half your old battery warrantied one of your gold die hards nobody wanted to do the warranty and I don't understand why I called this location. Great experience
I’d just like to say how awesome Keavonte was! I was in need of a couple things for my car and I wasn’t too educated on what I exactly needed. Keavonte went above and beyond trying to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, the store ended up not having what I needed, but I appreciate Keavonte’s help very much. Not often do I experience such amazing customer service. Thank you!
